Data Grid and filter Type

Hi
I am using the webcompnent Data Grid and within the properties of a column we have filterType.
When I apply filterType on a column what filters is the complete table and not the foundset that I have selected
How is it done for the filterType to be applied on the selected foundset?

Did you set the grid's "MyFoundset" to the foundset you desire?

Hi Roberto,

weather possible the grid applies a foundset filter based on the filter conditions.
Note the filtered column must be a queryable column, cannot be an unstored calculation or an aggregation since these cannot be queryed in database.

Worth to mention: there is an extension served as a module (svyPopupFilter) which offers similar filter capabilities with an advanced and customazible UI/UX for grid's filter.
