Document Editor custom toolbarItem types

Hiya,

I just copied the document editor form from the cloud sample solution into my solution and was wondering how I could edit the 'insertTag' and 'preview' types. They're set to servoyToolbarItem at the moment which is fine, but they dont show up on runtime.
I was wondering whether there's a place to edit how the types interact with the document editor. It doesn't seem to work in my cloud sample solution either, so I might have edited a module not knowing what it did or something similar.
