Forum refresh/redirect problem

A customer wrote me the below, anybody else experiencing this?
Randomly, while composing a post, I will either be sent back to the log in screen, or the edit screen will clear, both resulting in the loss of data entry. I have tried this using FireFox and MS Edge, and the same happens in both browsers.
