Can we have a deadline for the "Transfer IP Waver" which is supposed to appear shortly according to the Wiki:

While Servoy 5.2 is approaching final, I would like the patch I have contributed to the file plugin with the discussed enhancements to be reviewed and possibly included, but apparently the only thing that is preventing that is that Transfer IP Waver to be signed.
