Waiting for Servoy to do implement UI widgets will be a big drag I think. How about exposing UI widgets in such a way that we can implement our own into the Servoy mobile editor?
Not only could we finish up the basic jquery mobile UI widgets but we could implement just about any web component we want in this fashion.
