Buttons size and disposition in Mobile

Hello,

I have 2 questions about the Button object in the mobile side :
1) Do you think that in the future, it will be possible to change the size of buttons ?
2) Same question about the disposition : it will be possible to drag and drop to move buttons in the developer ? just like in a Normal solution :

I currently can't do that.

The mobile client is based on the JQueryMobile widget set.
This defines its own layout and it also defines that the footer items are aligned from left to right.
