Hi,

I have been working on a mobile solution for the last few days and all has been working well.

However, today the app (on the mobile phone) no longer wants to sync with my server. When I hit the sync button I get the login screen as normal and then all I get is the 'Syncing' dialog on the screen. It just stays frozen on that screen on my phone forever.

The app is working fine however when you test it using the mobile client on the pc - it is just the downloaded phonegap apk on to the device that does not want to sync.

Please help!!!!!

Anyway, it sounds like there is a network/connection issue.

Thanks for replying.

It worked fine and had no issues syncing back to the web service.

Then I upgraded to 7.3 RC and this upgrade 'broke' a few of the mobile solutions and generate new warnings with some functions being deprecated.

It was easier to rebuild a fresh instance of 7.2 and start again and reimport my solution. Ever since then it no longer syncs.

Fortunately, I was in the early phase of development and not too much has been lost.

I may well just scrub this solution and start off with a clean install on my new pc and hopefully it will work again.
