I checked my software sites with the installation of my colleague but we see no differences... Any idea how I can solve this?

this is mostly some caching issue, because the files are really there in the update site

What you can try to do is through the preferences, delete the servoy update site url (that is: http://download.servoy.com/developer/8xx_updates/)

thne restart the developer and then add back in that url
