Valuelists dont work

In the CRM they work (I see the list) In my solution the valuelists are empty!! Only the Custom valuelists work.
I think it has something to do with pulling the tables out of the repository with that tool: IBConsole to a new database.

For some reason(I'm figuring that out) I landed on a form which has no records selected.
I had to do ShowAllrecords, then the whole things works!
