Cannot drag & drop forms into a Tab in Servoy 8.0.0 b2 build

In Servoy 8.0.0 b2 build 8017:
1. it is not possible to drag & drop forms into a Tab. Is there another method to place forms into a Tab?
2. Sometimes a newly created Tab is not visible although it appears in the Outline - Elements. The trick to make it visible is to enable Data.
3. Template elements cannot be accessed (i.e not found in toolbox)
