ReferenceError: "globals" is not defined

I would just like to ask if someone could help me with this error ReferenceError: "globals" is not defined
It is an error that we are trying to solve because we don't know what is the cause of this problem.
In the javascript file the code "globals.[ourVariable]" was not missing.
If we close the client and download again the client this error does not occur anymore but maybe later in the day or the next day it happens again.
We are not able to reproduce this error in our developers it always happen to the computers of our clients.
P.S.
we are using Servoy 5.2.18
I hope that someone has an idea.
