Webclient Tab Size Problem 2021.3 LTS

I upgraded from 2020.03 to 2021.3 LTS.
Smartclient runs fine, but in webclient the forms in tabpanels are all half height instead of full height. Is this a bug or do I need to adjust something? Maybe a problem with the Servoys framework?
