Transparent Property on Tab Panel

Hey guys,

Here's the scenario. Working in Developer 1.1 on XP. I set the transparent property on a tab panel to checked. Go to browse mode, everything is as expected. I close the solution, open it up again and the tab panel transparency setting is unchecked.

Is this expected behavior or a bug?
