problem creating new database server R2 1.1 and R2 1.2rc4

Trying to create a new firebird database server on Mac OS X 10.2.8. (and 10.2.6). Using "Auto Setup Server" in Application Preferences. Getting "Cannot setup Server" with:

Any ideas?[/code]

I have worked around this by duplicating and renaming the EMPTY.GDB...
