How is it possible to associate ipaddress to name

Hi to all,
colud Someone tell how it is possible to associate ip address to name.
For example, if we write the following:

{serverUrl}/servoy-webclient/ss/s/{mySolutionName}

we see the first page of the solution.

But the proble is:
how to associate a name so that when we type it we go to the above ipaddress?
