Help! with webclient redirect from port 80

I have just upgraded a server to version 6.1 from 4.1 and run into a problem.. the previous server was running a web client solution via a IIS redirect without problems but since upgrading to 6.1, authentication is broken!, I can see the solution but cant login. I have replicated the server setting but still must be missing something. Is there some documentation on the IIS to servoy redirect somewhere?, any help would be greatly appreciated!
