Link Attributes

The link looks like this: <a href="%%downloadLink%%" download><i class="fa fa-cloud-download" aria-hidden="true"></i> Download</a>
The issue we are having is that the download attribute does not show up on the browser.
Here is how it shows up on the browser:
<a href="data:application/pdf;base64,JVBERi0xLjIgCiXi4......."><i class="fa fa-cloud-download"></i> Download</a>
