Random Client Disconnect.

We have many users that have no issues at all and some that we have made some small changes in order to get a solid connection.

One user seems to have many random disconnects in the client no matter what they are doing. After the fact they will get some strange errors or search fields will have info filled in.

We have tried to make some adjustments in the router to keep the connection as top priority but it does not seem to help. We have done some connection tests and everything seems to stay connected. The only thing that falls off-line is the client.

They are running Windows7 64bit and Java 1.7.0_05-b24.

We are not sure of what other tricks we could try to keep this connection alive.
I see some other topics like this but they did not seem to be the same.

Thanks for any help or tips you can give.

what kind of exceptions do you get in the clients webstart console?
What is the network setting you have in servoy? Do you use a http and or socket tunnel?
If many users to the same server have no problem what so ever, then i guess it is on the machine or the internet connection of that specific user..
