High Sierra Servoy Server Slow

We running Servoy Server on High Sierra Server with java 1.8 jak.

We use the Servoy Framework, and it takes now about 3 min. the startup the smart client.

I had read and changed the /etc/hosts file.

No change, even when I chnage it on the server 10.13 and client 10.11.
