dialog and custom controller

dialog and custom controller

I call a form via showFormInDialog. This all goes well with and without a controller.

But, when I define a custom controller I don't see the controller. It is there however if I call/open the form via 'forms.name.controller.show()'.

problems with controller not shown in formdialog are fixed in 2.0RC5
