Is the old support system closed or not?

Postby martinh » Fri Oct 28, 2011 9:53 am

Hi,

I got a mail that Servoy moved to a new support system and that I had to re-enter my issue in the new system.
But I was also able to enter a new issue in the old system.

Please make clear what support system to use.

If the old system is being phased out, please make it impossible to enter new cases in the old system.
When trying to add a new case, please give message that new cases must be entered in the new system (with link to the new system)

Hi Martin,

The link to the new (and was also to the old one) is http://www.servoy.com/s or http://support.servoy.com .
You are using some deeplink ?

Hope this helps.

That's indeed a deeplink.
I guess they should mark that solution as a module or smartclient only so you really can't access it anymore.
