I am making a list of issues, questions, feature requests, but I will start with this....
One problem I have encountered today: If I set a tooltip on a field it works as long as the display_type is set to Text_Field. Switch it to Text_Area, HTML_Area, RTF_Area etc and the tooltip no longer appears (doesn't seem to matter if the tip is html or not). If there is a border on the field, it does seem to trigger on the border/scrollbars, but this is not completely consistent.
