It would be a great convenience to access help even while other dialogs are open. Just had Data Providers dialog open and clicked to get Help, it would not come up until I closed Data Providers.

This is normal OperatingSystem dialog window behavior, while in a dialog it is impossible to access the help in other window
(buying a printed book is currently the only solution )
