application.isFormInDialog() problem in 3.5

Hello,

it seems that in 3.5 application.isFormInDialog() returns true, whenever that form has been shown in a dialog before - even if it is not shown in a dialog if isFormInDialog() is called.

Can this be fixed?

Maybe related: often when I open two formindialogs one after another, the second one shows the name of the first one. Reloading it makes the right name to appear.

are we talking here about the smart client or webclient?

ok in the smart client the isFormInDialog will only return true if the dialog is really visible for the next release of 3.5
