application.output Stops Working in Debug Smart Client

Servoy Developer 7.3.1

When I run a solution in Debug Smart Client, output to the console sometimes stops working, e.g. I clear the console, run the method, and nothing appears

Restarting Developer usually fixes it

This never happened with previous versions

I am seeing the same problem. Could it be a bug?
