"assertion botch" ??

i’ve been testing the latest beta (build 303) to determine if
we want to upgrade our clients (from build 276).

things are going along very nicely, but every once in a while
i get the following error:

“java.lang.runtimeexception: assertion botch: excessively large digit 65”

the number at the end varies.

i searched the forum for the word ‘botch’, and got no responses;
could someone advise me on what to do about this one?

Is it reproduceble? on which platform are you working? which db are you using?

somewhat reproducable, but in the sense that it happens
“every so often”, not just when i do a specific task.

this test was done on windows xp, with a mysql db
running on a mac os-10 machine.

We are unable to reproduce this, do you have a .log file with the full error?
