Autocomplete not working

I have been developing a solution which has several typeahead fields. The solution worked perfectly during development. I have now imported several thousand records into a variety of tables and have found that typeahead is no longer working on all fields. One such field - country, now has 61 values. Clicking into the field shows the full list of countries, but typing the first few characters clears the list altogether and does not show any matches. This issue is not related to how many values there are as another form has a typeahead based on related contact records (1600 of them) and works perfectly…
As I said, the problem only appeared after importing records - additionally, there are two typeahead fields on the same form, one works, one doesn’t - both look identical in properties.

Any ideas?

do you see any problems in the .log.txt file?

I have to see this why this shouldn’t work. I will have to see this or if you have some errors in the log where i can see what is going wrong.
