Batch Processor Folder/Directory Access

Hi,
I am trying to run a Batch Processor on Servoy 5 Application Server that picks up files that are being placed in a folder on the Server, doing something with them and then deleting them.
This works fine under Developer on my local Mac, but when I deploy it to a PC Server (with code that detects platform etc.), it doesn’t seem to work.
The folder is at the top level of the ‘C:’ drive.
My question is, can Servoy Server access this in a Batch Proccessor Cron Job?
If not, where should I put the folder so that Servoy can access it?
(I did try looking thru the docs & on forum, but couldn’t find the answer)

Thanks,
Rafi

Is the user that runs Servoy allowed to access the folder you try to use?

I think/hope so. I am now not at the client or able to access their server, but Servoy is running as a service and the top level seems to be accessible to all users…
I will email their IT dept. to confirm, but assuming Servoy is allowed access, can it get to locations outside the ‘Servoy’ directory?

Thanks

Yes.
