Hello,
I have created a new form using a test sybase database table.
I have created a new form and pasted some sample chinese text in to the TEXTAREA field.
then I copied/pasted the field and changed the later to a TEXT field.
In the browse mode the TEXT field shows boxes instead of proper chinese characters while the TEXTAREA displays ok.
Fields WITHOUT chinese display problem:
TEXTAREA
RTFAREA
HTMLAREA
Fields WITH chinese display problem:
TEXT_FIELD
COMBOBOX
TYPEAHEAD
Please also check other types of fields as well.
It will be great if you can get this issue around ASAP.
