I have a new installation by a new customer and I want update Server from 7.2 to 7.3.1 ,but i get a error.
On installation by other customers it works fine. I expect a firewall problem.
The error occurs when i start the servoy_updater.bat file. Access to http://downloads.servoy.com is possible.

how can i solve this problem?
Yes, the customer is working with proxy server. But if i do some settings in net.properties File
the error disappeas and the result is … No update found and in service_log i get a lot of lines “WrapperManager Error: Unexpected exception opening backend socket: java.net.SocketException: Can’t connect to SOCKS proxy:Network is unreachable: connect”
Finnaly the Server is on old version and not updated.
Any idea to solve the problem ?
