Can't upgrade from 4.0

I am unable to update from 4.0, keep getting the following message: ‘No updates for currently installed feature(s) found , please try again later.’

Any one have any idea on why this may be the case?

The documentation is incorrect. We’ll fix that. In the mean time, see my earlier post.
