check box with no list in IE8 (and 7)

here it is (follow up by Paul)
it does show the same exactly viewtopic.php?f=2&t=13661&p=71270&e=71270 as I did not use my own style on this one.
it just demonstrates that when there is no text with a checkbox, not all browsers will place the checkbox the same; same bloody problem as IE combos which have a default margin of 2px while ff has 0px.
this offset up or down can be controlled by the style class, but the graphic image which is different in IE7/8 can’t…
the attached solution has screen captures in the 2nd form to let you compare with your machines, just in case.
I also checked on my mac, saf 4 and ff 3.5, same as windows.
