Clients Locking up

When Client is using solution the screen freezes also happens when editing methods in the developer. when writing method machine will stop responding for 1 to 5 minutes

Running Windows 2003 Single CPU with 3gb ram
Running Servoy version 3.5.9-build 522, repository version 31
Running Jdk 1.6.0_06

Any Suggestions appreciated
No Locks on db
no transactions on db

Does something appear in the log when this happens?
When does the client lock up? On what user action?

You could enable java console from the java control panel entry. When opening a smart client the console will open as well - maybe you can see some exception or something there as well.
Does it also happen with 3.5.10?
