I try to combine two i18n texts on a Label.
My approach was something like this:
i18n:mir.lbl.effektiv + ‘ ‘+ i18n:mir.lbl.daten
But I did not have any luck.
Dos anybody have an Idea how that works.

You have to make sure that the “displaysTags” property of the label is checked, and then you can do it like this:
%%i18n:mir.lbl.effektiv%% %%i18n:mir.lbl.daten%%
Great thanks it works for the labels.
But not in a ‘Rectangle Border Panel’?
JFYI, doing that is generally frowned upon because the order of the words can change depending on the language. For example, in English you could say “Effective Date,” however in Spanish you would need to switch the words to read “Fecha Effectiva.”
You are better off just creating a new key and value then munging two together.
