combo box problem

Hello, I don’t know if this has been discussed before, but a value list’s width seems to be cut to the width of the field. To my understanding the value list should show completely and only be cut to the fields width if the field has been left.

To illustrate the problem, see this screen shot:

this is currently a limitation of the underlying java component.
Will be looked at in the further..
