Compressing Sybase .db files

I have noticed my repository file has been getting very large, even though i have deleted old solutions and previous releases.

I need to have it as small as possible, as i am going to be downloading it to remote standalone developer versions as an update (3.5.8).

Is there a way to compress the database file with servoy or sybase tools.

I looked in the ianywhere tools and couldn’t see a specific tool. It is current 18.6MB, but was 2 or 3 i think a few weeks back.

I looked on the sybase site, but again, couldnt see anything, apart from maybe a depracted compress function.

In Sybase Central right-click on database and select “Unload” to bring up wizard that will let you unload and rebuild the file.
