lately I get an occasional error in the smart client telling me: ‘Could not retrieve more form data’.
Unfortunately, there’s no log entry available and I’m not able to reproduce this in developer.
Can anyone give me a clue on what can possibly cause this error…

This means some error happened while loading data.
There should be more info in either the server log file (webclient) of the java console (smart client).

What os does the client machine has? Windows? Linux of Mac?
