Creation and copying of tables (columns can't be modified).

(WinXP Servoy 2.1.2)

When I copy a table I can’t modify the columns (name, type etc) even if I haven’t clicked “apply”. It was my understanding that names, types etc were modifiable until you pressed “apply” ? The way it is now, it seems that they’re fixed on their previous values and can’t be modified.

Even if I copy a table and give it a different title, the “old” pk name stays the same. It seems I can only modify new columns.

This prevents me from reusing a table template and really restricts the value of copying tables.

Also when I create a new table, I can no longer edit the pk name (I usually add an underscore to separate the table name and “id”).

Am I missing something or is this the way it now is ??

Yes, I also ditto Greg’s words. In the version of Servoy current last June I was able to create a template table and use that as a starting point when creating new ones. Not any more because the primary key can no longer be edited in the duplicate. Would love to have that feature back.
