Cut and Paste from mouse using right button.

I wasn’t sure where would be a good place to post this but am trying here first.

On the Client side I found that if you want to do a copy/paste using the right button on the mouse it does not work. You have to either go up to the top under Edit and chose cut or paste there or use the keyboard short cuts. I find that a little cumbersome.

It would be nice if the client would want to do a copy/paste of the contents from a field to another field in general either into the same form or another form to use the mouse instead of the choices they currently have.

Is there some place this can be selected to do, or a method written to do this, should this topic be posted on Feature Requests instead, or maybe this is not possible?

I am not sure I understand your question correct but…

Our Menubar plug-in can be used to create right-click and mouse-over popup menu’s.

So what you are saying is that with your menubar plug-in installed and being in Servoy Smart Client, it would now be possible to do a copy/paste using the right mouse button instead of having to go up to click on Edit etc.?

You’d have to create your own copy/paste method (but that is not too difficult). But with that, the answer is yes you can…
