Dunno if technically feasible at all, but I think it would be handy to be able to filter the Database Performance overview on the Admin pages by user.
Together with the Feature Request to be able to view all queries separate (instead of the aggregated view 2.2.1 offers) together with the timestamp when they were executed, this would offer even better tools to analyse performance issues.
Consider the following situation: You have a production system up and running, with a bunch of users on it and you run into performance issues. If you could then log in to the solutiuon with a specific user, and on the Admin pages track exactly which queries execute when and how they perform, how often they are executed etc for that user, this would allow you to tune the DB and your solution quite effectivly, I think.
