databaseManager.getSQL() returns empty in the client (3.5)

The following statement returns an empty string in the client.
In developer it works perfect.

var sql = databaseManager.getSQL(forms.news.foundset)

plugins.dialogs.showInfoDialog("", sql)

Please help us to fix this quickly since all of our reports uses the same method.
