I have noticed that is mighty easy to lose the default value of a global variable. In the list of said variables, one can arrowkey up and down the list without disturbing defaults, but click in a column- name, type, or default- and the deafult value goes away as soon as you arrow up or down. (OSX latest).
Sure, one can load the variable methodically. But, the feature is there to set it up in define dataproviders. Why allow it to be lost so easily? Is a fix in the works, or is this a ‘feature’ in some way that I don’t yet appreciate?
