How can I define a custom page setup and retrieve it amongst the predefined ones?

Btw: it would be helpful if the currently present page setup also showed their size in pixel: most of them are not very common.

If you’re using OSX, you need to select USE SYSTEM PAGE DIALOG option in the application preferences.
