Depricated documentation?

When new releases of Servoy come out and items are depricated, such as in 6.1 “setToolBarVisible” of plugins.window, where do we go to find the new way to perform that action?

So, I guess this is really a two part question, first, where do we look to find the answers, and second, how do we remove the smart client toolbar in 6.1?
