Error Loading Servoy Client

Hi to all,
Could someone resolve?

After that i have:

  1. Started Servoy Developer on windows

  2. Opened browser with http://localhost:8080

  3. Checked for installation of Java 1.4x

  4. Cliecked on Client Servoy Launch

  5. Seen: " Java loading"

  6. It appears : Java Web Start errore di scaricamento. Impossibile avviare Servoy Client.
    Dettagli: richiesto: http:/localhost:8080/plugins/ pdf_output/text.jar
    caricamento risorsa non riuscito.

If i go in c:\programmi\Servoy\plugins, I found pdf_output.jar .

There should be subfolder: pdf_output in de plugins folder, with: itext.jar in it
Is it?

no, there is not text.jar in folder plugin.
Am working wit 2.5 release, but J have a compressed beta 3.0 servoy installed a month ago with wich i have had some little problem.
What do You suggest?

It looks your are missing some files. Did you install the 3 version OVER the 2.2.5? Because that is not the way to do it.

Do a clean install of 2.2.5 or 3 in new folder.

throw over your database files and the servoy.properties file and if your are added more Sybase-db to start up, copy also: /sybase/sybase.config

(When you use Servoy 3 the repository-database will be upgraded, so after that you can’nt roll back to version 2.2.5. BACKUP everything before you do this.)

btw: what do you mean by: compressed?
