Error loading smart client

Hi

I am getting the following message sent to some clients when trying to start via web start. My issue is I am not sure if this is an unsigned jar or similar or a problem directly related to the upgrade to 5.1.4. Any ideas where I look to fix this would be gratefully received

this is not the error but the plain jnlp file,.
the error is another tab… (wrapped expection or something)

Thanks - I have tracked the problem down to the plugin signature issue and am in the process or working with the provider to come up with a fix

there are a view with: version=“-1” as version number
if you see that then there is something wrong with it, most likely the plugins jnlp is not valid and has some errors.
