I have just migrated a solution to a new server and am getting the following error all the time.

We are not very expirienced with MySQL, Google gave me this: http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=7829

I ran into the same thing the other day when I was trying to upload a 4.1 database. I was uploading to 5.x and the message really had me stumped until I looked at the data I was uploading. Turned out there was a record with all null fields in the middle of the data. Once I deleted that (and a couple other records with null fields) the process went as expected.

I’m not exactly sure this is your problem, but it may help give you a start.
