ervoy.client.error.loadingsolution txt:Cannot load solution

Server 7.3.1:

Sometimes the customer when loading the solution appears this error:
servoy.client.error.loadingsolution txt:Cannot load solution {0}

Then is made the download the solution and the solution works well.
But after some days the problem reoccurs.
Why, what does it means?

This is i guess SmartClient?

Then we need to know what the log say, so they have to also open the java console besides the client
