Exporting Solution and Client Launcher

Using Servoy 7, two VERY basic questions ( that I could not find documented anywhere ):

  • Can you export a Solution from Server, to import into Developer ? ( before Eclipse, Developer used the Server Repository, so you had access to the “live” Solution )

  • What happens when users click the Client Launcher ? Does Server compile a Java Applet on the fly, from the Repository ?

For Export, it appears Server TeamProvider=true is the only way

e.g. viewtopic.php?f=11&t=21138&p=113604

It would be SO much easier to have a Server “Export Solution” Link, next to “Import Solution” !
