Facing difficulty to implement customized template.

Hi folks,

I need a template to work with 5 forms at a time. They are separated by 4 vertical splitters between them. I want them to slide as I hold each splitter.

We tried with 3 forms and the slider is working perfectly. But that is not the case with the one with 5 forms. I am also uploading a document that shows the base form code. Also, i am adding the code for the 3 form template which is working perfect.
